Alli graduated from St. Mary's College of Maryland in 2017, where she built the foundation for a coaching career defined by competitive excellence and genuine care for her athletes. She went on to serve as an Assistant Coach at her alma mater, helping the program earn an Atlantic East Conference Championship and an NCAA Championship Tournament appearance. Most recently, she served as the Varsity Field Hockey Coach at Easton High School in Maryland, where she led her team to a semifinal appearance in the 2021 MPSSAA Class 2A State Tournament and captured the 2021 2A East Region II Championship title. For Alli, the best coaching is patient, attentive, and deeply invested in the individual, and she brings that belief to every player she works with at Ascend.

Beyond the field, Alli serves as an Academic Coordinator for UVA Men's Basketball and Women's Lacrosse and as a coach at Solidcore in Stonefield, a combination that reflects her commitment to athletic development in all its forms. She comes from a family of college athletes, and there's nothing she loves more than cheering them on.

When she's not coaching or in the studio, Alli can be found reading and writing, a passion that traces back to her days as a high school English teacher.
