Caroline discovered field hockey in eighth grade and never looked back. She played through high school and went on to compete at the collegiate level for the Division III Bridgewater College team. Her passion for working with kids runs just as deep: Caroline minored in coaching in college, building a strong foundation in how to teach, motivate, and connect with young athletes.
Professionally, Caroline is a pediatric occupational therapist at UVA Children’s Hospital, where she helps kids build a wide range of skills through play. That experience shapes how she coaches, with patience, creativity, and a belief that learning should be fun.
Away from the field, Caroline loves spending time with friends and family, especially her dog, Fish. She enjoys the beach, watching sunsets and stargazing, country music, and line dancing.
